We are Hiring **NPD Quality Inspector - Press Shop** (2-3 Years Experience)

**SGI Automotive Pvt Ltd - Unit 1** is hiring a dedicated **NPD Quality Inspector** with hands-on experience in **sheet metal inspection**, **VMS**, and precision measuring tools. **Position Details**
- **Role**: NPD Quality Inspector - Press Shop
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in manufacturing (sheet metal preferred)
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- **Shift**: General Shift
- **Location**: SGI Automotive Pvt Ltd - Unit 1
- **Employment Type**: Full-time

**Educational Qualification**
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) /B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have working knowledge of:

- **Video Measuring System (VMS)**:

- **New Product Development (NPD) inspection protocols**:

- **Contour inspection techniques**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of sheet metal components
- Operate and interpret results from **VMS** and **CMM**:

- Use precision tools such as **Vernier Caliper**, **Height Gauge**, and **Dial Indicators**:

- Perform **contour and profile checks** for press shop components
- Support NPD quality documentation and first-off inspection reports
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects
