**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Execute the NPD process, including ideation, design, prototyping, and commercialization of new products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure successful product launches.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new products.

Prepare and present product development plans, timelines, and budgets to senior management.

Oversee the testing and evaluation of new products to ensure quality and performance standards.

Continuously assess product performance and gather feedback for future improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to drive innovation in product development.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Printing and Packaging Technology or a related field.

**0-3 years** of experience in new product development within the printing and packaging industry.

Strong project management skills and experience with product lifecycle management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
