Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new products by designing prototypes, testing them, and validating their performance.
  • Conduct reverse engineering to improve existing products' quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process development, product design, casting, sheet metal forming, and prototype manufacturing.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects from concept to production launch.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Strong understanding of product design principles, including casting processes and sheet metal fabrication techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
