**Job description - Immediate**
- To be a motivating team member and should work for the organization to achieve On time sample submission
- Should be Capable to make all type of setting/program in CNC Lathe

for New Components. ensure the Part quality as per customer/ Drawing requirement.
- Must be capable to make cycle time/Process estimation for the New part (CNC) to arrive the Quote
- Should be capable in Selection of tool, and Machine parameters as per the part requirement in CNC Lathe
- To achieve the target and develop the Turning components as per the time plan with minimum Cycle time/cost
- Responsible for corrective, preventive action for the problems identified while developing new CNC lathe components in initial stage.
- Identification & recording of lesson learned thinks for control future development activities. Analysis the failure modes and take corrective and preventive action for it.
- Qualification DME/ITI/+2 with Good working and Setting experience in CNC Lathe
- Knowledge in MS office, working experience in CAD 2D/3D and MS office is added advantage.
