**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.
