**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT roles.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduation in any field (mandatory).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in the IT domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of IT terminologies and technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
