**Job Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Personal assistant/Executive to Director for one of the civil engineering construction company. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and agendas of the senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a first point of contact between the Boss and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and should be active.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2-5 years of experience as personal assistant, secretary or similar job.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Should be fluent in English & Hindi Language.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to details.
- Confident elegant and knockout personality.

**Location:

- Belgaum**

**Working Timings:

- 9am to 7pm**
