The Job Placement Executive will be responsible forsupporting the placement of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by directlycoordinating with employers, assisting in candidate preparation, and ensuringsmooth execution of placement activities. The role involves job matching,organizing recruitment events, and conducting regular follow -ups withbeneficiaries and employers to ensure successful placement and retention.The Executive will also maintain accurate documentation ofall placement -related activities and provide timely reports to the coordinator– Placements. Key Responsibilities:· Support the Coordinator – Placements in buildingand maintaining employer networks.· Assist in job mapping and matching candidates tosuitable vacancies.· Coordinate recruitment activities such asinterviews, campus drives, and job fairs.· Prepare beneficiaries for interviews byconducting pre -placement orientation and basic counselling.· Liaise with employers for scheduling, feedback,and finalizing offers.· Track placement status and update theCoordinator – Placements regularly.· Follow up with placed candidates and employersto support retention and resolve initial challenges.· Maintain placement records, update databases,and prepare periodic reports.· Assist in organizing employer engagementactivities and exposure visits. Provide feedback from employers to improvetraining and candidate preparednessRequirementsRequired Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSW) or Diploma in SocialWork, HR, Business, or related field.· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment,placement, or field -level employer engagement.· Working knowledge of MS Office and databasemanagement.· Fluency in local language(s) and basicproficiency in English · Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in working with Persons withDisabilities or marginalized groups.· Familiarity with HR/recruitment processes, jobportals, or placement drives.· Exposure to NGO or CSR -driven employmentprograms. · Skills and Competencies:· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Good networking and coordination abilities.· Candidate counselling and basic guidance skills.· Event coordination for interviews and placementactivities.· Documentation and reporting accuracy.
