**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Customers**:

- Warmly greet customers as they arrive at the coffee shop.
- Take accurate orders from patrons.
- **Beverage and Snack Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve beverages (such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks) and snacks (pastries, sandwiches, etc.) according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- **Cash Handling and POS Operation**:

- Efficiently handle cash transactions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Keep the coffee shop area clean and organized.
- Wipe down tables, countertops, and equipment.
- Restock inventory as needed.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- **Collaboration with Team Members**:

- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively within the team.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Familiarity with coffee equipment is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
