**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with the annual audit process.
- Provide support to other departments as needed with financial-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting and financial regulations.
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of financial processes and systems.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
