**About the Role**:
**Background / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA or CA Inter qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in Administration and Office Management will be an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Finance**:

- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and finalize financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax returns.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Manage tax-related matters, ensuring timely filing and compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision-making.

**Administration and Office Management**:

- Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, travel bookings, and hotel accommodations for domestic and international travel.
- Ensure efficient office operations and employee coordination.
- Supervise administrative staff as needed and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounting administration and office management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with computer proficiency.
- Experience in presentations, planning, and execution is preferred.
- Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
