**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

2. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and presentation.

3. Develop and implement new menu concepts, recipes, and presentation styles.

4. Conduct kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.

5. Collaborate with other departments, including food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.

6. Analyze kitchen operations and implement cost-saving measures.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel.

3. Strong knowledge of culinary arts, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in **Hindi and English**.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
