Key Responsibilities

**Front Office Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors/clients professionally.
- Maintain visitor logs & ensure guest security protocols.
- Handle courier services (inward & outward).

**Administrative Support**
- Assist in day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies & coordinate with vendors/facility teams.
- Oversee meeting room bookings & ensure arrangements.
- Support HR & Accounts with documentation/filing.

**General Office Assistance**
- Prepare & maintain reports, records, and databases.
- Assist in events, meetings & travel arrangements.
- Maintain reception area & office upkeep.
- Handle petty cash & expense records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1-4 years’ experience in front office/admin roles.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
