
Sales & Operations Executive

The Sales & Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the processes, tools, and systems that help the sales team work more efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide insights on performance.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Assigning doctors to various zones for fulfillment of Home appointments
- Develop and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure CRM and other sales tools are effectively used and maintained.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize processes.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,333.33 - ₹50,000.00 per month
