**B2B Sales and Operations Executive**

**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore (Hybrid: Work from Home + Office)

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a dynamic B2B Sales and Operations Executive to drive our teacher-sourcing services for coaching centers. This role involves cold calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Reach out to coaching centers and educational institutions to pitch RightTutor’s teacher-sourcing services.
- **Client Engagement**: Build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Arrange meetings, demo sessions, and follow-ups with clients to finalize deals.
- **Hybrid Work Setup**: Work part-time from home and attend office as required for team collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable with hybrid working (JP Nagar office + remote).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹11,625.83 - ₹34,126.59 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
