Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
3. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
5. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
6. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.
**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or international courier services.
2. Strong network and connections in the industry.
3. Proven sales track record.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Familiarity with air and sea freight operations.
7. Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping laws.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
