**Job Title: Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager - Sales (Outdoor)**

**Location: Delhi, Gurugram**

**Experience: Minimum 4 years in freight forwarding**

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Acquisition**:Develop and secure new business opportunities with new customers.

**Market Presence**:Establish and enhance the company’s presence in the local market by highlighting our strengths in Air and Ocean freight.

**Revenue Generation**:Drive business and revenue generation across all company services including CHA, Air Freight, and Sea Freight.

**Client Management**:Understand customer requirements, handle negotiations, provide quotations, and finalize contracts.

**Sales Development**:Manage sales processes from customer identification, appointment setting, initial calls, to closing deals and maintaining relationships.

**Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer service and retention.

**Payment Collection**:Follow up on payment collections and manage outstanding balances.

**Coordination**:Work closely with office, warehouse, and CHA teams for accurate information and smooth operations.

**Target Achievement**:Meet and exceed defined sales targets and contribute to revenue building.

**Business Development**:Drive sales and business development efforts for both new and existing customers.

Must Have:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure and close deals effectively. Attitude: Proactive and results-driven “go-getter” attitude.

Experience: Proven track record in freight forwarding sales, international marketing, and export
