Responsible forsetting up air, rail and water network with freight carriers for Import &Export.
- Building Customerbase for developing a Freight Forwarding vertical.
- OverseasCommunication & Coordination with CHA’s
- Set up theinvoicing & billing process for vendors and customers.
- Coordinate withPan India Vendors for Import & Export Shipments.
- Communicate withcustomers about Shipment Tracking, follow Up, Customs Clearance and delivery ofthe Cargo in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Setting up Highperforming Team and controlling below activities:

- Handling UrgentShipment requirements and follow ups.
- Liaison &handle all agencies at Cargo Complexes
- Checking debit /credit note of Overseas agent.
- PreparingDSR and Monthly report of the shipmen
- InternationalFreight Forwarding via rail, water and air.
- ShipmentManagement and tracking
- Customs DutyClearance including export and import haulage.
- Strong AgentNetwork
- Create and lead ateam of self-starters and critical thinkers.
- **RequiredKnowledge**:

- Good knowledge fordocumentation and freight forwarding process.
- Excellent oral& written communication with good interpersonal skills.
- Must have goodunderstanding of Operations.
- Experience inSupply Chain Industry.
