**Freight Forwarder Job Description**:
**Position**: Freight Forwarder Sales

**Location**: Mohali & Gurugram

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for both import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Stay updated on customs regulations and ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to customs authorities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on the status of their shipments.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness for clients and the company.
- Determine the most efficient and cost-effective routes for shipments.
- Work closely with carriers to secure suitable transportation options.
- Utilize tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Address and resolve any challenges or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Salary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Work Location: In person
