Drive sales activities in the assigned branch to meet individual targets and company goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow relationships with top 20 major accounts.
- Collaborate with the Product Team and Sales Management to develop core trade lanes and vertical markets.
- Update daily sales activities and visit plans in the CRM system.
- Submit RFQs/Tenders with the support of the local and global tender team.
- Send quotations to customers promptly and follow up for quick conversion.
- Ensure SOPs are created and submitted to Operations for all controlled businesses.
- Achieve KPIs set by the manager and settle outstanding payments within agreed terms.
- Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads.
- Collect customer feedback to improve satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer use and CRM systems.
- Degree in Logistics, Marketing, or International Trade preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
