Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities

through various channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to

potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales

targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new

opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales

strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or

exceeding targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Leadership (for Managerial Roles): Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate

a sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
