**Job Summary**:
Kerblet is looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Field Sales Executives** to **visit local businesses and onboard them onto the Kerblet Partner App.** As a key part of our growth strategy, you will directly engage with shop owners, explain the benefits of our **discount coupon platform, parking validation services, and customer engagement solutions**, and help them register on our platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a **dynamic, fast-paced environment,** and contribute to transforming local businesses by increasing foot traffic and revenue through our innovative digital platform.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Field Visits & Lead Generation**:
- Visit retail shops, restaurants, and service providers in your assigned territory.
- Explain the **concept of Kerblet Partner App**, focusing on how digital discount coupons and parking validation can help businesses grow.
- Persuade business owners to **sign up and complete their onboarding process** on the platform.
- **Sales & Onboarding**:
- Demonstrate the benefits of Kerblet coupons to business owners, emphasizing **customer retention and revenue growth potential.**:
- Assist in the **app installation, profile setup, and basic training** for new users.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly **onboarding targets** as set by the management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded businesses for long-term engagement.
- Provide support and collect feedback to help businesses maximize their platform usage.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:
- Maintain accurate records of visits, conversions, and feedback in CRM tools.
- Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and market insights to the team leader.
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum educational qualification**: 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of field sales experience**, preferably in:
- Retail business solutions
- Digital platforms, mobile apps
- FMCG, e-commerce, or local business promotions
- Ability to communicate effectively and **convince business owners** about the benefits of Kerblet services.
- **Language Proficiency**: English and local languages (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Willingness to **travel extensively** within the assigned city or region.
- **Strong interpersonal skills** with a passion for field sales and customer interaction.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent **communication and persuasion** skills.
- Strong **negotiation and deal-closing** abilities.
- Knowledge of **local markets and business landscape.**:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
