**Position**: Sales and Marketing Executive
**Location**: IPSHOPY, Dnyapeeth Campus, Plot No T 18, Infront of Garware Stadium, STPI, Naregaon Road, Chikhalthana, CIDCO, Aurangabad 431001
**Salary**: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert new leads into clients.
- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- **Content Creation**: Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials, including promotional materials, social media posts, and advertisements.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and managing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence and attract potential clients.

- Proven experience or a strong interest in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
