Executive Sales at Ambassador Ajanta is responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective sales programs, and building strong relationships with current and prospective customers. This role involves investigating market conditions, designing sales strategies, and ensuring effective coordination with all departments to meet sales targets and enhance revenue.
- Constantly investigate and assess market conditions and competition to develop effective and productive sales programs.
- Update and upgrade knowledge of special events, conventions, business meetings, and other market opportunities that could enhance the sales of facilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Design and execute sales plans and strategies for assigned segments, with a focus on increasing sales and revenue.
- Plan and initiate action plans to secure new business for the organization.
- Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets and prepare and conduct sales presentations.
- Ensure seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments.
- Ensure the team is trained on all safety provisions and well-informed about departmental objectives and policies.
- Regularly report to the Unit Head on progress, provide information about prospective customers, make forecasts, and track customer feedback.
- Submit monthly and weekly sales plans, market analyses, and daily sales/activity reports.
- Assist in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for assigned segments.
- Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to achieve these goals, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Contribute to increasing business volume and achieving objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
