Job Description:
**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated confidence and proactiveness in handling customer interactions. Sales skills and experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges. Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Language: English, Telugu & Kannada (mandatory)
