**Position Title**:Customer Support Executive
**Company/Location**:Bobton IT Solutions, Hyderabad
**Role Purpose**:We are looking for an enthusiastic **CSE** to retain and generate new customers. You will be responsible for taking feedback and influencing existing or potential customers to our services.
**Experience**: 0-3 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for B2C lead generation across UAE
- Responsible for coordinating with the prospects to verify and or retrieve the required information
- Qualify leads based on the defined criteria
- Setting up an appointment for further sales meeting
- Identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
- Maintaining accurate information of the customer records
- Achieving daily targets in terms of no. of calls, lead qualification & setting up appointments
**Qualification**:Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably B. Com / M. Com
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Help to manage and coordinate the work of their teams by providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
- They may also be responsible for handling any issues that arise on their teams.
- Empowers team members to provide great customer experiences through helpful knowledge, friendly service and a caring approach.
- Gather and proactively share Best Practices to help improve performance.
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of:
- Operating systems : MS -Dos, Windows 98/2000.
- Office Packages : MS -Word, MS - Excel, MS-PowerPoint
- Handle and resolve escalated calls for team members.
- Generating reports in absence of Team Leader & Need share it the client without any error’s in the reports.
- Maintain good relationship with internal & external.
- Need to coordinate with client on daily wise to take INR rate & Update with feedback team.
- Ensure adherence to all Work Values laid out by the company
- Exceptional relationship with all the Officers.
- Ability to guide and motivate individuals to work towards the common objective of the team.
- Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Quality Service as well.
- Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
- Should be a team player.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
