**Customer Support Executive ( CSE)**:
**Job description**:
**Position : L2 Support Engineer.**

**Level-2 Process ( Outbound & Inbound US Call Process) : International Voice Process**

1. We Work for clients in the United States and monitor their Job Sites for any Unauthorized Events.

2. If we find any unusual activity, We will Call the Onsite Guard or Supervisor first as per the contact details and inform him of the details we saw on the Jobsite and proceed further as per his comments.

3. We will be Doing Outbound calls to verify the Guards and Workers on site and also receive Incoming Calls from the clients to update the schedule of Workers and Guards on their Job Sites.

4. Excellent Communication skills are required to speak with clients.

5. Listening Skills are most important as the clients will use their accents while giving the Job Sites details.

6. These Job sites are only for USA Clients.

7. Should have prior experience in US Calling.

8. We will have Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs, and 24/7 Shifts on Weekends Only. There are no Fixed Weeks Offs.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay** : Up to 4 LPA

**Schedule**:

- Rotational shift & Rotational Week Offs.
- **Working Days**: 6 Days in a week.
- **Experience**: 1-4Years.
- **International voice process**: 1 year (preferred).
- **Work Location**: Raidurgam, Prashant Hills, Hyderabad Telangana.
- **Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners.
