To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Production Supervisor within the Manufacturing team This position will be located in Viramgam.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
Supervision and Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the corn wet milling process, ensuring efficient and effective production of starch and related products.
- Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Process Optimization:

- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase yield.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and downtime is minimized.

Quality Control:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance and progress.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Manage storage and handling of materials to prevent contamination and spoilage.
