Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and motivating the efforts of the personnel in charge to achieve production objectives.- Responsible for promoting and actively participating in work groups, order and cleanliness, 5S, Safety and Hygiene and in each of the company's strategies and efforts.- Responsible for identifying and providing staff with the necessary training for the performance of their duties.- Receive the training of the work instructions of the line and sign of understanding in the training record of the instruction.- Responsible for the training of the operational personnel according to the work instructions of the line and signing of the instructor in the training record of the instruction.- Responsible for the generation of production reports, graphics of the area (G-mac) as well as monitoring of the documentation of the area.-
- Responsible for monitoring work instructions, procedures and reports of the quality system.- Ensures that the personnel in charge know the environmental aspects of their area.- Ensures the correct understanding of the Quality, Safety and Environment Policy.- Know and understand the Quality and Environment Policy.- Performs the pre-payroll of the area and ensures that incidents are sent to HR in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, that understand Automotive Quality Process.- Wide and demonstrable technical and strategic knowledge as Production Supervisor. - At least 3 years of experience
