Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and timely output. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, planning, supervising staff, ensuring safety standards are met, and addressing any production-related issues. The Production Supervisor will also need to communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
  • Ability to create and manage Production Schedules and engage in Production Planning
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Relevant technical knowledge and understanding of safety standards
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
