Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily activities on the production floor, manage production schedules, and ensure quality adherence throughout the manufacturing process. Primary responsibilities include supervising production teams, planning and executing production workflows, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely project completion, and maintaining workplace safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills complemented by the ability to effectively manage and guide a production team.
  • Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling workflows and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in managing Production Schedules and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to coordinate effectively with different teams and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of Production Management practices and methods.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools for monitoring and planning production activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
