Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Supervisor based in Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will manage day-to-day production activities, including planning and scheduling, overseeing the production team, and ensuring quality and efficiency in operations. Responsibilities also include coordinating workflows, monitoring production processes, and addressing any operational challenges that affect timelines or output. The role focuses on maintaining optimal production levels while adhering to safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to motivate and manage production teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Production Planning and creating Production Schedules
  • Solid understanding of Production Management practices and process optimization
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across teams and departments
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on quality control
  • Experience in the elevator or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Commitment to adhering to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
