Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, based in Ahmedabad.

We're hiring a Production Supervisor with a strong mechanical background and minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial operations.

The role includes daily production planning, manpower handling, machine monitoring, quality checks, shift supervision, and ensuring smooth shop-floor operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate production teams effectively
  • Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to achieve defined targets
  • Proficiency in Production Management practices to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordination with diverse teams and clear reporting
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of rotomolding manufacturing or plastic production processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
