Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, managing production schedules, and ensuring that production plans are executed efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring production output, and addressing any issues that may arise during production. The role requires coordination with other departments to achieve optimal production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team in a production environment.
- Experience with production schedules and production planning.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments and provide clear instructions to the staff.
- Proficiency in production management to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
