**Production Supervisor - Water Technology (RO Systems)**

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma** in **Mechanical Engineering** (mandatory).
- **2-5 years** of experience in production supervision in **water treatment / RO systems / process equipment** manufacturing.
- Familiarity with **RO plant assembly, fabrication, skid piping, pressure vessels, and pumps**

**Key Responsibilities (Short)**:

- Supervise day-to-day production.
- Ensure timely execution of production as per plan.
- Review mechanical drawings and oversee RO plant assembly.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure product testing.
- Manage manpower on the shop floor (fitters, welders, helpers, etc.).
- Coordinate with planning, purchase, and design teams.
- Enforce safety and compliance protocols in the plant.
- Monitor inventory and report daily production activities.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
