**Qualifications: Diploma Mechanical**

**Experience: Fresher with strong academic or 0-2 years of experience.**

**Compensation: 20,000 to 35,000 per month, depends on interview.**

**Role Summary**:
We seek a motivated **Diploma Mechanical** (fresher or early-career) to join as a Production Supervisor. You will oversee electroplating operations, ensure process efficiency, maintain lab equipment, and uphold strict safety standards. Comprehensive training will be provided to develop your technical and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operate Electroplating Machines, Supervise plant operations and documentation.**

**2. Manage lab and equipment maintenance, analysis.**

**3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ensure housekeeping.**

**4. Conduct pH test and calibrate instruments.**

**Technical Skills**:
Basic knowledge of electroplating/chemical processes (training provided).

Proficiency in lab testing (pH, titration) and instrument calibration.

**Soft Skills**:
Leadership potential, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.

Strong communication (English + Gujarati/Hindi).

**Physical Requirements**: Ability to work in a plant environment (stand, move, handle chemicals safely).
