Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor workflow, efficiency, and productivity across all shifts.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain quality standards by conducting inspections and monitoring processes.
- Analyze production data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
