**Job Title: CRM Project Coordinator**
**Location: Jaipur**
Job Summary:
The CRM Project Coordinator will oversee and manage all stages of CRM project implementation, maintenance, and optimization. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Management
Assist in planning, executing, and closing CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and managing changes as necessary.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM project-related communication.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify project objectives, and align goals.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project status, challenges, and achievements.
System Management
Assist in the configuration and customization of the CRM system to meet organizational needs.
Support data migration, integration, and testing of CRM features and functionalities.
Training and Support
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on CRM best practices and features.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to user’s post-implementation.
Performance Tracking
Monitor CRM usage and effectiveness, generating reports and analytics to identify improvement areas.
Collect and analyse user feedback to enhance the client experience and recommend modifications.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in CRM or related systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Experience**:
