**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Conduct regular updates and reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- **Delivery Management**:

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, plans, and post-project reviews.
- Generate reports and dashboards for project status, risks, and achievements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of government project frameworks, compliance standards, and procurement processes (good to have).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (good to have).

**Preferred Experience**:

- 5-10 years of experience in project delivery
- Experience in large-scale implementations with public sector organizations is a plus.
