**Job Description - Electrical Engineer (Solar Coordination)**

**Position**: Electrical Engineer - Solar Coordination
**Experience**: 2 to 4 years
**Industry**: Solar / Renewable Energy
**Location**: Jaipur

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Act as a liaison between design, procurement, installation, and execution teams.
- **Site Support**: Assist in technical troubleshooting and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- **Material Management**: Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and delivery.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records of project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards as per industry norms.
- **Client & Team Communication**: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- **Technical Support**: Provide support for electrical design, load calculations, and system performance analysis.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure projects meet government and industry regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 1 year in the solar industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **solar PV systems and electrical components**.
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD, PVsyst, and electrical load calculations** is a plus.
- Excellent **coordination and communication skills**.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with **MNRE, DISCOM, and other solar industry standards** is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with **Rooftop or Ground-Mounted Solar Projects**.
- Understanding of **net metering and grid integration**.
- Ability to travel to project sites if required.
