Project Coordinator (Full time)

Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the Project Manager and team.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Coordinate the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Track project expenses and prepare detailed reports for reimbursement and budget monitoring.
- Assist with project initiation, planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and fundraising strategies.
- Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct community outreach to identify and engage potential project participants.
- Raise awareness about healthcare services and educate community members about the importance of preventive care and early detection and treatment of diseases.
- Mobilize community members to participate in project activities, such as health screenings, vaccinations, and health education sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate access to healthcare services for project participants.
- Work with community leaders to identify and address barriers to healthcare access.
- Collect and maintain data on project activities and participant outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of communication and outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
- Master’s degree will be preferred.

Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge required; advanced skills desired.
- Fluency in Hindi & English is a must.
- Strong Liaisoning skills with government departments
- Passion for development and commitment to improving healthcare outcomes in underserved communities.

Remuneration

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
