**Job Description - Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to meet budget constraints.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders (BDM, drone pilot, and GIS) about strategy, adjustments,

and progress.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain expected standards.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Qualifications and Requirements - We will Train:

- Proven working experience as a Project Coordinator, sales executive, or in a relevant role for 6 months.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually on a project or in a team

environment.
- Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives, with a willingness to take on more responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any relevant field.

- High-level communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Available for full-time employment.
- Ready to relocate to Jaipur and work at various locations across India.
- Committed to a long duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests.
- Willing for travel.
