**Job description**
The job description of the project coordinator entails planning, organizing, and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

**Objectives**:
Facilitate effective communication among team members stakeholders and client maintain accurate project records and reports and identify opportunity for process improvements. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and deliver results, ensuring successful web project outcomes

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of the project.
- Hand-hold and sync with stakeholders throughout the design, implementation, and test phase.
- Ability to convey design and technical information to stakeholders in clear and simple terms.
- Highly consultative, empathic, and curious.
- Monitor report status and progress of projects to Management.
- Lead stand-up meetings with the Design Development teams.
- Coordinate and manage a team of developers, designers, coders and other professionals working on various web development projects.
- Effectively communicate and manage clients expectations throughout the development process.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Managing project documentations and records.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal, written verbal communication skills to work with clients’ in-house designers’ developers.
- Good people person with a positive attitude.
- Confidence to tackle issues swiftly, professionally, autonomously. Must work well under pressure.
