The key operational areas include waste management in urban and rural areas, urban and rural health, professional internships, training & research, micro-finance, social security of waste workers and street vendors.

CDC offers a comprehensive service for solid waste management, integrated approach for management of MSW from segregated waste collection at source, efficient and effective transportation as well as scientific disposal.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator - CSR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. Your primary focus will be on project planning, implementation, coordination, and team management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft CSR project proposals, ensuring they are well-researched, comprehensive, and align with the organization's CSR objectives.
- Follow-up with corporate entities to secure partnerships and sponsorship for CSR initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government and private sector stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for CSR proposals.
- Develop project plans and timelines to ensure effective implementation of CSR initiatives.
- Coordinate the execution of IEC projects, including organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Assist the organization in developing and managing CSR projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare corporate presentations to showcase the organization's CSR initiatives and impact.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Business Administration, or a related discipline).
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the Solid Waste Management field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
