Job Title: CRM Coordinator Location: Jaipur Job Summary: The CRM Coordinator will manage and optimize the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer interactions, drive sales growth, and improve customer retention. This role involves overseeing CRM processes, data management, and reporting to ensure that CRM systems support business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: CRM Management: Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Implement and manage CRM campaigns, including customer segmentation and targeted communications. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze CRM data to generate reports and insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance. Develop and present reports to management to support decision-making processes. System Integration and Optimization: Work with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with other business systems and tools. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to CRM processes and workflows. Customer Interaction:Support customer service teams by providing CRM-related insights and tools to enhance customer interactions. Address and resolve any issues related to CRM data or system functionality. Training and Support: Project Coordination: Assist in CRM-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred: CRM certification or additional training. Experience with marketing automation tools. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and practices. Experience: Minimum 5 years
