**We’re Hiring - Production (Tablets & Capsules)**

**Location**: Wada, Palghar

**Qualification**:B.Pharm / M.Pharm

**Experience**:1-3 years (mandatory in Formulation Plant)

**Openings**: 2 Positions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end production activities related to Tablets & Capsules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & cGMP standards.
- Supervise & guide the production team to achieve set targets with quality & efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
- Drive process development & optimization to enhance productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production reports and act on improvements.
- Monitor all formulation activities & ensure accurate online documentation (BMR, log books, etc.).
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for all machines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
