*Summary:*

Join our CSR initiative at Pramuk Lifetech Engineers, collaborating with the Govardhan Skill Centre to produce specialty garments. We're seeking an experienced Production Incharge to oversee jacket and overall production. You'll need 6-8 years of garment stitching experience, including pattern making and prototype development. Responsibilities include production oversight, inventory management, and productivity enhancement.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Oversee specialty garment production, focusing on jackets and overalls.

2. Utilize expertise in pattern making and prototype development for high-quality output.

3. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.

4. Implement productivity enhancement strategies in the production facility.

5. Train and supervise staff to maintain quality standards and meet targets.

6. Analyze production metrics for improvement opportunities.

7. Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.

8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

9. Maintain accurate production records and reports.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 6-8 years' experience in garment stitching, focusing on jackets and overalls.
- Proficiency in pattern making, design layouts, and prototype development.
- Willingness to relocate to Govardhan Skill Centre.
