Location: Wagholi & Sahajpur (Uruli Kanchan)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Stamping Production Incharge oversees daily operations in the stamping department, ensuring production meets quality standards efficiently. This role requires leadership, technical expertise in stamping, and the ability to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Manage the stamping process, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Team Management: Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing training and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance practices to minimize defects and ensure compliance.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize production efficiency.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in stamping production with supervisory experience.

Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, production management software proficiency, and strong communication skills.
