**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage production operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards across all processes.
- Monitor manpower deployment, machine operation, and process parameters for efficiency.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and resolve process deviations, breakdowns, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with company goals.
- Guide, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech
- **Experience**: Prior experience in the **Pharmaceutical / Excipients Industry** is preferred.

**Key Skills**
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of production processes in pharmaceutical excipients.
- Familiarity with cGMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
