**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Vehicle Incharge to oversee the management and operation of our fleet of vehicles. The Vehicle Incharge will ensure the timely and efficient maintenance, deployment, and operation of vehicles, while ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and cost-effectiveness. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and available for use as needed.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards. Schedule regular servicing, inspections, and repair work as required.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle registrations, insurance, licenses, and inspection reports. Ensure all vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Scheduling & Deployment**: Plan and schedule vehicle use for staff, ensuring that vehicles are allocated efficiently based on operational needs and availability.
- **Fuel & Expense Monitoring**: Track fuel consumption and vehicle-related expenses, reporting on cost efficiency and looking for ways to optimize fuel usage and reduce overall vehicle-related costs.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure that all drivers follow safety procedures and that vehicles are equipped with necessary safety equipment. Monitor driving behavior and report incidents or accidents to management.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of vehicle-related supplies such as tools, spare parts, and accessories. Ensure that vehicles are stocked with necessary items for operation.
- **Emergency Support**: Provide on-site support in case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies, coordinating with drivers and service teams to resolve issues quickly.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update management on the status of vehicles, maintenance schedules, repairs, and any other relevant issues. Prepare detailed reports on fleet performance and costs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role (e.g., vehicle maintenance or logistics management).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with drivers, management, and external service providers.
- Familiarity with vehicle management software or fleet tracking systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (in good standing).
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
